The taste of Elot Chocolate is one of a kind, and its receipt is comprised exclusively of completely natural products: from the cacao originating from beans grown for 50% in Martinique, instilling Elot Chocolate its finesse and qualities of Martinique's regional taste.
Elot Chocolate is torrefied in Martinique, in the Lamentin chocolate factory, operated by five workers and a master chocolatier. Zealously guarded, its recipe also contains natural vanilla and Galion sugar, originating from the canes of Martinique.
