Distillerie Dillon Martinique

The Dillon distillery is located in the heart of Fort de France in the neighborhood that shares its name. The existence of a sugar plantation in this location dates back to 1690, but the name of the domain stems from Arthur Dillon, who ran the plantation at the end of the 18th century.

It would not be until the 19th century that rum production would come under the initiative of a new owner. Now, only aging and bottling are carried out in the casks and the factory next to the gift shop.

After bringing to life a depiction of the production phases of Dillon rum, our hostess will invite you to a free tasting of our Artisanal controlled appellation rum.
